Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Harry Lew and Danny Chen Military Justice Reform Act''. SEC. 2. ANALYSIS OF POTENTIAL ESTABLISHMENT OF SEPARATE PUNITIVE ARTICLE ON HAZING UNDER THE UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE. (a) Analysis Required.--The Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Joint Service Committee on Military Justice, shall analyze the feasibility and advisability of, and develop recommendations with respect to, modifying chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code (the Uniform Code of Military Justice), to establish a separate punitive article on hazing.
