Debt Reduction

Revises information required to be included in specified report; creates Debt Reduction Program within SBA for specified purpose; provides requirements for use of certain funds by Division of Bond Finance; requires CFO to transfer certain funds to SBA by specified date each fiscal year; requires any unexpended funds to revert to General Revenue Fund by specified date.
