Ban Summer Utility Shutoffs

Currently Indiana only bans utility shutoffs during winter (December through March). This bill would extend that protection through the summer heat — June 21 to September 23 — so your electric or gas company can't cut you off during a heat wave. Also requires utilities to report disconnection data so the public can see how many families are losing service.
