Clinton County commissioners have fired jail matron Ashley Kelly following felony charges and pressure from the county commissioners. The commissioners terminated Kelly’s employment during a Tuesday morning meeting, according to officials. Ashley Kelly faces charges of fraud, theft and official misconduct.
