Allows persons who are permanent residents of the United States who have been honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces to serve as law enforcement officers in this state
Requires the Highway Patrol to conduct an independent investigation any time a person under the age of fifty-five dies within a department of corrections facility
Requires the Missouri state highway patrol to investigate any incident occurring in St. Louis city or St. Louis county in which a law enforcement officer is involved in a shooting or incident resulting in death
Requires the Highway Patrol to investigate any incident occurring in St. Louis city or county in which a law enforcement officer is involved in a shooting or instance resulting in serious bodily harm or death.
