R. 6976 To amend laws relating to duty performed by members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES January 8, 2026 Mr. Cisneros (for himself, Mr. Bergman, Mr. Lieu, and Mr. Graves) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services, and in addition to the Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure, Oversight and Government Reform, Agriculture, Small Business, Financial Services, the Judiciary, Education and Workforce, Veterans' Affairs, Ways and Means, Homeland Security, and House Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To amend laws relating to duty performed by members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Duty Status Reform Act''.
