Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Expanding Access for Online Veteran Students Act''. SEC. 2. INCREASE OF MONTHLY HOUSING STIPEND UNDER THE POST-9/11 EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO PURSUE PROGRAMS OF EDUCATION SOLELY THROUGH DISTANCE LEARNING ON MORE THAN A HALF-TIME BASIS. (a) In General.--Section 3313(c)(1)(B)(iii) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking ``50 percent of''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to a quarter, semester, or term beginning on or after August 1, 2025. <all>
