Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Veterans Energy Transition Act of 2025'' or the ``VET Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF GRANT PROGRAM TO HELP CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, VETERANS, AND THEIR SPOUSES OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT IN THE ENERGY INDUSTRY. (a) Repeal of Expired Authorities.--Sections 1152 and 1153 of title 10, United States Code, are repealed. (b) Establishment.--Chapter 58 of such title is amended by inserting, after section 1151, the following new section 1152: ``Sec. 1152.
