Revises provisions relating to certain training for first responders. (BDR 40-30)

AN ACT relating to emergency response; requiring certain first responders to receive human trafficking awareness training; revising provisions relating to the training of certain law enforcement dispatchers; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
