Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``UAP Whistleblower Protection Act''. SEC. 2. WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTIONS FOR DISCLOSURES RELATING TO THE USE OF FEDERAL TAXPAYER FUNDS TO EVALUATE OR RESEARCH UNIDENTIFIED ANOMALOUS PHENOMENON MATERIAL. (a) Federal Civilian Employees.--Section 2302(b)(8) of title 5, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A)-- (A) in clause (i), by striking ``or'' at the end; (B) in clause (ii), by striking the comma at the end and inserting ``, or''; and (C) by inserting after clause (ii) the following: ``(iii) the use of Federal taxpayer funds to evaluate or research unidentified anomalous phenomenon material,''; and (2) in subparagraph (B)-- (A) in clause (i), by st
