Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ending Importation of Laundered Russian Oil Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON IMPORTATION OF ENERGY PRODUCTS PRODUCED AT REFINERIES OUTSIDE THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. (a) In General.--The Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act (Public Law 117-109; 136 Stat. 1154) is amended-- (1) by redesignating section 3 as section 4; and (2) by inserting after section 2 the following: ``SEC. 3. PROHIBITION ON IMPORTATION OF ENERGY PRODUCTS PRODUCED AT REFINERIES OUTSIDE THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. ``All products classified under chapter 27 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule that were produced at any refinery that uses crude
