Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Federal Tax Dollars for Illegal Aliens Health Insurance Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. ENSURING THAT TAXPAYER FUNDS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS.
