Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``More Paid Leave for More Americans Act''. TITLE I--STATE PAID FAMILY LEAVE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP SEC. 101. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE PAID FAMILY LEAVE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP GRANT PROGRAM. (a) In General.--The Secretary of Labor shall establish and administer a competitive grant program to provide grants to States that have enacted a law establishing a paid family leave program as described in subsection (d).
