This Act may be cited as the ``State Veterans Homes Inspection Simplification Act''. SEC. 2. DEEMING OF STATE VETERANS HOMES CERTIFIED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS AS MEETING MEDICARE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
