An Act To Amend Section 39-5-145, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Transfer Authority Over The Mississippi Community Heritage Preservation Grant Fund From The Department Of Finance And Administration To The Department Of Archives And History; To Direct The Department Of Finance And Administration To Take All Action Necessary To Effectuate The Transfer Of The Monies In The Fund To The Department Of Archives And History; And For Related Purposes.
