An Act To Amend Section 25-11-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That, From And After July 1, 2025, A Retired Law Enforcement Officer Shall Be Entitled To Receive As A Retirement Allowance Full Base Pay For His Or Her Former Law Enforcement Position; To Bring Forward Sections 25-11-112 And 25-11-123, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
