Department of Child Protection Services; authorize sole placement authority for children in legal custody of CPS.

An Act To Amend Section 43-15-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If A Youth Court Gives Legal Custody To The Department Of Child Protection Services, The Department Shall Have Sole Authority To Determine An Appropriate Placement For That Child; And For Related Purposes.
