An Act To Direct The State Fiscal Officer To Make A Transfer From The Capital Expense Fund To The 2022 Capacity Project Fund Upon The Effective Date Of This Act; To State That The Intent Of The Legislature Is That Such Transferred Funds Be Used To Fund The Widening Of A Certain Segment Of Interstate 55 Located Within Madison County, Mississippi; To Bring Forward Section 65-1-141.2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
