An Act To Amend Section 27-67-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That 10% Of State Use Tax Revenue Shall Be Deposited Into The State Highway Fund To Be Used Exclusively For The Construction, Reconstruction, Repair Or Maintenance Of Highways Of The State; And For Related Purposes.
