An Act To Amend Section 27-105-305, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Bidding Terms For Public Deposits Shall Be Less Than Four Years When The Board Of Supervisors Designates A Depository During The Last Year Of The Board Of Supervisors Four-year Term Of Office; And For Related Purposes.
