An Act To Require Each Individual Or Group Health Insurance Policy Or Plan, Pooled Risk Policy Or Any Other Form Of Managed/capitated Care Plan That Is Delivered Or Renewed On Or After July 1, 2025, To Offer Coverage For Any Nonstatin Medication That Has A Unique Indication To Reduce The Risk Of A Major Cardiovascular Event In Primary Prevention And Secondary Prevention Patients; And For Related Purposes.
