An Act To Amend Section 31-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Community Colleges To Use Funds For New Construction; To Allow Community Colleges To Self-administer Certain Authorized Projects; To Eliminate Pre-approval By The Department Of Finance And Administration And Allow Non-competitive Selection Of Architects And Engineers By Community Colleges; And For Related Purposes.
