An Act To Amend Section 77-13-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Stipulate That Compliance With The Notice Requirements Of This Section Shall Not Be Required Of Any Excavation Or Demolition That Occur As A Result Of Electric Power Generation Activities, Provided Certain Criteria Are Met; And For Related Purposes.
