An Act To Prohibit The Illegal Entry Into Or Illegal Presence In This State By A Person Who Is An Alien; To Provide For The Enforcement Of The Prohibitions And Certain Related Orders; To Provide Immunity From Liability And Indemnification For Enforcement Actions; To Authorize, Under Certain Circumstances, The Removal Of Persons Who Violate Those Prohibitions; To Create Criminal Offenses; To Amend Section 45-27-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.
