An Act To Require Wireless Service Providers To Provide Call Location Information Concerning A Telecommunications Device Of A User To A Requesting Law Enforcement Agency Or Public Safety Answering Point Where That Information Is Sought For The Purpose Of Responding To A Call For Emergency Services Or In An Emergency Situation That Involves The Risk Of Death Or Serious Physical Harm; To Authorize A Wireless Service Provider To Establish Protocols By Which The Carrier Voluntarily Discloses Call Location Information; To Prohibit A Claim For Relief In Any Court Against Any Wireless Service Provider Or Any Other Person For Providing Call Location Information If Acting In Good Faith Under This Section; To Require The Department Of Public Safety To Obtain And Disseminate Contact Information From All Wireless Service Providers Authorized To Do Business In This State; And For Related Purposes.
