Public Records Act; exempt school district test security plans for administration of Statewide Student Assessment Program.

An Act To Amend Section 37-11-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That School District Test Security Plans For The Administration Of The Statewide Student Assessment Program Shall Be Exempt From The Mississippi Public Records Act Of 1983; And For Related Purposes.
