An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Panola County, Mississippi, To Construct Or Acquire A County Jail Anywhere Within The County; To Enter Into A Lease Agreement Or Lease-purchase Arrangement For A Term Not To Exceed Thirty Years For The Purpose Of Providing Funds To Acquire, Maintain, Construct Or Equip A Public Building Or Buildings And Related Facilities For Use As A Law Enforcement And Public Safety Facility And/or County Jail Facility; And For Related Purposes.
