Union County; authorize certain assessments in justice court to fund maintenance of county law enforcement center.

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Union County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment In An Amount Not To Exceed $15.00 For Each Civil Case Filed And Each Conviction Obtained In The County's Justice Court; To Provide That The Assessments Shall Be In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs; To Require Such Assessments Be Placed In A Special County Fund Designated As The "union County Law Enforcement Center Maintenance Fund"; To Provide That Such Fund Shall Be Expended On The Maintenance Of The Center; And For Related Purposes.
