An Act Making An Appropriation To The Governing Authorities Of The Town Of Fayette To Assist In Paying Costs Associated With Constructing A New Water Treatment Plant And Related Facilities; Creating A Public Lake, Park And Recreational Facilities; Making Sewer System Improvements; Property Development To Prepare Sites For Economic Development And Growth Along U.s. Highway 61; And Providing Matching Funds For The Acquisition Of A New Fire Engine, For The Fiscal Year 2026.
