An Act To Amend Chapter 931, Local And Private Laws Of 2003, As Last Amended By Chapter 938, Local And Private Laws Of 2021, To Extend The Date Of Repeal From July 1, 2025, To July 1, 2029, On The Provision Of Law That Creates The Indianola Tourism Commission, Provides For The Composition Of The Commission, Prescribes The Powers And Duties Of The Commission And Authorizes The Governing Authorities To Levy A Tax To Fund The Commission; And For Related Purposes.
