An Act To Amend Section 47-5-933, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Authority Of The Mississippi Department Of Corrections To Include, As An Inflation Indicator, A Three Percent Annual Increase In Its Contract Price For The Housing Of State Offenders In County Regional Correctional Facilities; To Amend Section 47-5-945, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
