An Act To Require The Public Employees' Retirement System To Conduct A Study To Determine The Feasibility Of Allowing All Retired Public School Teachers Who Are Members Of The System To Continue To Work Full-time As A Teacher In Any Public School District After Retirement Under A Contract With A School District And Continue Receiving Their Retirement Allowance While Receiving The Compensation Provided For Under The Contract; To Require The System To Complete The Study And Make A Report To The Legislature On The Results Of The Study Not Later Than December 1, 2025; And For Related Purposes.
