An Act To Establish The Mississippi Public Health Trust Fund As A Special Fund In The State Treasury To Be Administered By The State Department Of Health; To Provide That The Primary Purpose Of The Fund Is To Encourage And Provide Financial Assistance In The Provision Of Public Health Programs And Services By The State Department Of Health; And For Related Purposes.
