An Act To Amend Section 75-63-67, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reduce The Amount Of The Administrative Fine That The Secretary Of State May Impose Upon Preneed Establishments For Late Filings Of Reports Of Their Preneed Contract Sales And Performance Of Those Contracts; To Provide That The Imposition Of Such Fine Is Discretionary With The Secretary Of State Instead Of Mandatory; And For Related Purposes.
