An Act To Amend Section 57-105-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Tax Credits That The Mississippi Development Authority May Allocate During A State Fiscal Year Under The Program That Authorizes The Mississippi Development Authority To Allocate Income Tax Credits And Insurance Premium Tax Credits For Taxpayers Holding Certain Qualified Equity Investments; To Revise Certain Provisions Relating To The Mississippi Development Authority Accepting Applications For And The Allocation Of Such Tax Credits; To Amend Certain Provisions Relating To When An Investment For Which A Tax Credit Is Allocated Must Be Made If The Investment Has Not Been Made As Of The Date Of Such Allocation; To Extend Until July 1, 2029, The Date After Which The Mississippi Development Authority Shall Not Allocate Credits Under The Program; And For Related Purposes.
