At some point in the evening, they traveled toward Logansport to sell methamphetamine. At approximately 3 a.m. on August 11, 2019, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Blake Bennett was on routine patrol in a fully marked vehicle and observed two vehicles traveling southbound on US 31.
