The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (“DWD”) issued a notice to Employer dated May 11, 2020, stating that Foley had filed a claim for unemployment benefits. Employer sent a protest by fax on May 14, 2020, indicating the reason for separation was that Foley had quit.
