At approximately 10:00 p.m. on July 22, 2019, Sheridan Police Officer Michael
James Foote received a dispatch to a call regarding two men on a small
motorcycle driving erratically and possibly drinking. Officer Foote arrived at
the area and observed a motor scooter with two males on it weaving on a twolane road in a mixed use rural area.
