On September 17, 2020, Robinson and the State filed a Stipulated Plea and Agreement in which Robinson agreed to plead guilty to Count II, child molesting as a level 4 felony, and the parties agreed that he would be sentenced to twelve years in the Department of Correction with no opportunity for alternative placement.
