Officers also received information that Rodgers had been dealing drugs in the area earlier that night. Deputy Sams arrived at the area and observed several subjects, including Rodgers, enter a vehicle and leave. Deputy Sams initiated a traffic stop, and the driver consented to a search of the vehicle.
