The Corporate Warranty Deed, received by the Marion County Assessor in April 2018 and recorded with the Marion County Recorder, identified the lots as Parcel Numbers 1048612 and 1048613, “commonly known as 3709 East 10th Street in Indianapolis.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 22.
