On April 27, 2017, the State charged Dearborn with: Count I, operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a class C misdemeanor; Count II, operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a class A misdemeanor; Count III, possession of a schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled substance as a class A misdemeanor; Count IV, possession of marijuana as a class B misdemeanor; and Count V, possession of methamphetamine as a level 4 felony.
