When Hickman realized that she had lost her debit card, at around 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. she asked her bank to have the card deactivated. She learned from her bank that someone had attempted to use her debit card “at the Pizza Hut for sixty-four dollars, but they couldn’t use it because they didn’t have [her] pin.” Transcript Volume 2 at 31.
