An Act To Amend Sections 73-15-5 And 73-15-20, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize A Certified Nurse Midwife To Practice As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Without Having A Written Collaborative/consultative Relationship Agreement With A Physician Or Having An Agreement With A Physician Regarding The Protocol Or Practice Guidelines Of The Certified Nurse Midwife; And For Related Purposes.
