An Act To Amend Sections 59-21-127 And 59-23-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Law Enforcement Officers Of The Mississippi Department Of Marine Resources From Boarding Any Vessel Or Performing A Vessel Stop Unless The Officer Has Probable Cause To Believe That A Violation Of The Boating Safety Law Has Occurred Or Is Occurring; And For Related Purposes.
