While Baxter was seated in her vehicle, Halligan crashed into her, causing her vehicle to be “totaled completely.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 183. Baxter called 911. Halligan then entered her vehicle and demanded she end her phone call. Halligan punched, strangled, and stabbed Baxter and told her he was going to kill her.
