(“Grandmother,” and together with Grandfather, “Grandparents”), the paternal grandparents of H.D., filed a verified petition requesting that the court appoint them as co-guardians of H.D. in the Cass Circuit Court under cause number 09C01-1508-GU-32 (“Cause No. 32”).
