An Act To Amend Section 77-3-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define "direct-current Fast-charging Station" And "electric Vehicle"; To Prohibit Recovery Of Costs For Electric Vehicle Charging Stations From Ratepayers; To Ensure The Same Rates, Terms And Conditions Are Offered To All Electric Vehicle Charging Station Providers; To Provide Exceptions; And For Related Purposes.
