Galanos (“Eugenia”). Eugenia is the trustee of the Galanos Living Trust dated August 12, 1997, and restated on March 18, 1999, and July 25, 2007 (the “Galanos Trust”). 1 Two real properties in Lake County, one on 28th Avenue and the other on DeKalb Street in Lake Station, were transferred to the Galanos Trust. On September 26, 2018, Eugenia signed a Termination of the Galanos Living Trust, 2 and a Power of Attorney which designated Niki as her attorney in fact.
