An Act To Amend Chapter 1019, Local And Private Laws Of 1996, As Last Amended By Chapter 910, Local And Private Laws Of 2025, To Provide That Due To Financial Constraints, The Hancock County Tourism Development Bureau Shall Be Inactive With Any All Of Its Activities Held In Abeyance Until Reactivated By The Hancock County Board Of Supervisors; And For Related Purposes.
